Bahattin DUMAN works in A&N Law Office as consultant.

He graduated from Faculty of Law, İstanbul University in 1986.

Since 2012, he has joined A&N Law Office to provide support for the matters he had specialised.

After he worked as self-employed lawyer for a while, he served as attorney in Tüvasaş General Directorate.  He started to work as Legal Advisor of Sakarya University in 1997, then he was assigned to the position of Chief Legal Advisor in TRT General Directorate in 2005.

After he has worked as 1rst Legal Advisor in Higher Education Board in 2010, he retired in November 2011. During his duty term, he has given numerous lectures and seminars in several topics involving particularly criminal and disciplinary proceedings for Higher Education.

His published books are, Environment Law, Regulations for Turkish Radio and Television Institution, TRT Employee Legislation, Disciplinary Proceeding for Higher Education (3. Edition).
